AMT450T Alternative Oil Pump Timing Tool
This tool is to be used for timing the oil pump to the proper rotational position, so that the distributor can then be set in its proper position. While it is possible to time the oil pump by “eye-balling” it, this tool saves a lot of time and frustration, enabling the oil pump to be properly positioned and installed, and the oil pan to be installed without having to go through the “trial and error” process several times. Used on John Deere applications.
