Store Policies

Returns

Ferrum Tools Company will accept returns of any tool that has not been opened or used within 30 days of Purchase. We HIGHLY suggest to not use USPS. 

If tool is used, modified, or misused we will not accept as a return. 

Return shipping fees are to be covered on your behalf. If package is refused a restock fee will be applied to cover all return shipping charges. We recommend to not refuse shipping as this will cost YOU more. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If "Free Shipping" was selected a minimal restocking fee may apply.

All tools after 30 days of Purchase can not be returned. 

International Returns are not accepted. 

Any order discrepancies examples being shipping damage and so on, must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Please call or email for a RGA (returned goods authorization) number or if you have any questions. All returns subject to inspection before credit is issued. Any item not deemed as new or in new condition will be returned at customer's expense.

Any return with no RGA will not be refunded. Must have RGA prior to return. 

We suggest ensuring the package because you are responsible for any loss or damage while in transit. Make sure to protect the tool from damage and make sure nothing can bounce around inside the box. Everything needs to be packed the same way it is sent because we will only accept the tool back if it arrives in NEW condition. 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Wire Transfers. (International Orders must be paid by Wire Transfer or PayPal).

 

Shipping

We ship same day for all orders placed by 4 PM EST. All orders placed on the weekend will ship the first following business day. While we strive to fill all orders on a timely basis, if a product is on back-order we will contact you and advise you when it will ship. 

All International orders are subject to Custom Fee's which must be paid for on customer behalf. 

Please be advised we cannot ship to PO boxes.
